There are a lot to consider in selecting a right running shoe for women. Firstly you have to determine the type of shoe that will fit your foot the best. If you have average arches, a basic cushioned running shoe will be apt. but if it is on the lower side, choose a running shoe with motion control as it protect from potential injury to the ankle and foot. Uggs are definitely not just for winter wear. I live in Boulder and on the Campus there you can see them all year. A great look with shorts even. I own a pair and when I put them on it feels like I am wearing slippers, they are so comfortable.
